Shiloh uses trusted providers where needed to deliver its services, including Meta and WhatsApp for messaging, Render for application and database hosting, OpenAI for assisted message responses, and Google for calendar operations. These providers process limited information for the service they supply and may process it outside South Africa under their applicable safeguards.
